I am qualified at Active IQ Level 3 to work with Pre and Postnatal clients to help maintain and improve fitness.
It's important to consider the body's different needs during and after pregnancy, without giving up the benefits of exercise.
This qualification enables me to create safe and effective exercise programmes for pre and post-natal women, taking into account the physical and physiological changes associated with pregnancy. I understand the key health and safety considerations and will tailor your programme to allow you all the physical and mental positives of working out without any anxiety.
