“I had my little girl in February who was delivered via C section so I had to wait a while for my body to recover before I started to get myself fit and healthy again. I reached out to Claire in August as I was wanting 1-1 personal training sessions to help shift some weight and tone up for my little girls christening in September. Claire was very professional from the moment I had my first meeting with her and easy to talk to! I had my personal training sessions twice a week and with each session Claire would tailor it to my specific needs and with every exercise I performed Claire always checked in on me to make sure I was feeling comfortable and would explain it in such detail with great knowledge!

Claire changed all of that, and after working out with her for the past several months, I feel that I could walk in any gym and know what to do.
What I love about working with Claire is the way she encourages me to give my best in every workout. She gently pushes me to two more reps, just a bit more weight, just a few feet further, so that with every exercise I’m building strength and stamina. But she also listens and encourages me to listen to my body: when something doesn’t feel right, we stop and try something else.
Claire also listens to what you need and what your goals are as a client. She knows that I crave novelty and variety, so there’s always something new each week. She puts so much time and care in planning programmes for each of her clients, to make sure we’re all getting what we need.
